Q: What is CRM?

Q: What is Sales Force Automation?

A: Sales Force Automation is an example of Customer Relationship Management. With eSalesTrack CRM, for example, all marketing materials, product information, and customer information is available to the salesperson from any location. Q: What is SaaS?

A: Software as a Service (SaaS) is not a particular software product, but rather the method of delivering applications over the Internet, generally using a Web browser. Q: What is the relationship between eSalesTrack and Soleran?

Q: Is our information secure?

Q: Will you share our information with third parties?

A: We will never sell your information to third parties. Q: How does your pricing work?

A: At Soleran, we believe that scaled pricing for limited features is contrary to a philosophy of customer service. Therefore, eSalesTrack pricing is a competitive per-user rate with no surprises. To view the current pricing schedule, visit the Pricing Page.

Q: How will my own and my clients' data be used?

A: We respect your privacy, and we respect your right to control your data, sensitive and not-so-sensitive. We do not sell your information and only share your information when necessary to provide services. Under no circumstance do we monitor or sell any of the data you input into the eSalesTrack system as part of normal eSalesTrack usage that is in conformity with the Terms of Use agreement. Q: How do I get my data into eSalesTrack?
